Hello! This is Leah, from CellopahneLife.

This account is made up of two people, Kate and myself.

All of the photos on this account are taken with a cellphone.

The reason for this, is that we thought cellphone photography should be considered a new genre of photography!

We take for granted cellphones, something that even 20 years ago, most people did not have.

Cellphones are now used commonly everyday.

And being two teenage girls, we use them constantly.

So, why not use the cell phone camera as a new medium? Just because the qaulity is poor, doesn't mean the photographs it takes cannot be beautiful. Just like polaroids are now accepted as a photography medium, we would like to do the same with cellphone cameras.


So, take a glimpse into our lives, through our beloved camera phones....
